Rates:
Cowboy Suite for 2 (king or twins) includes Kitchenette $125 an night.

Fish Room Queen bed, private bath (across the hall) $115 a night.

Breakfast included.
Because of the uniqueness of our location, we suggest 2 night minimum.

Policies
- Reservations require a 50% deposit.
- Payments by Cash or Check ONLY - No Credit Cards.
- Full refund of deposit is given if canceled 7 or more days before arrival date.
- Cancellations less than the 7 day mark will be refunded if the unit is re-rented.
- This is a nonsmoking facility.
- Check in after 3:00pm / Check out by 11:00am
- Pets allowed only with our approval at the time of booking.
